These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of floorforcegtm.com (the "Site"), operated by FloorForceGTM ("FloorForce," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site and our services
The Site provides general information about FloorForce's conference sales services. Nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Our services are provided only under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, travel, qualified-meeting criteria and other terms. If anything on the Site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement controls. Pricing described on the Site is general information and may change.
2. No guarantee of results
Results at conferences depend on many factors outside our control, including attendee fit, booth traffic, your product and the event itself. We do not guarantee any number of leads, meetings, sales or revenue.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and to provide accurate information when you contact us or book a call. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- scrape, copy or reuse the Site's content in bulk without permission; or
- use the Site to send spam or to submit false or misleading information.
4. Booking a call
Booking a call or submitting information does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party. We may decline or reschedule a call at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, graphics and the FloorForceGTM name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or distribute our content or branding without written permission.
6. Third-party names, logos and links
Conference and company names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are displayed to describe the conference experience of our team and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation. The Site also links to third-party services, such as our scheduling page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for our services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FloorForceGTM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
